A new Manufacturer has entered Windows 10 Device Market – one you might not have heard of, by the name of Nuvision. The name may sound like a questionable third-world company tying to come of as a domestic brand, but they are actually headquartered in Chino,California. They specialize in Windows and Android Tablets and PCs, but today we’re looking at the Nuvision TM800W610L 8 inch Windows Tablet.

With a name like “TM800W610L” , I almost passed on reviewing this device altogether. It just sounds like some warehouse retail scanner sold directly to businesses. Not a name for the consumer market at all, but I figured if Microsoft heralds their devices enough to carry them in their signature stores- I would give them a shot.

I’m happy I did. The device has an all metal build, although they could have done without the sandpaper-ed finish. There’s a black rectangled glass bar at the bottom for the antennas, just below a bevy of  certification logos.

The 8 Inch Tablet comes with full Windows 10, equipped with an Intel Atom x5-
Z8300  1.44 GHz with Intel Burst Technology up to 1.84 GHz and 2GB of RAM. It’s also packing a 32GB of internal storage and a 5MP back camera.

Connectivity-wise it features Bluetooth and WiFi;a micrograms port to connect to an HD monitor, projector or TV, and dual mics.

You can get the signature edition of the TM800W610L from a Microsoft Store near you, or visit their website by clicking the Microsoft button above in the review scoreboard.
